Diode de Bruit NOISECOM, Réf.: NC100, 200, 300, 400

 

NOISECOM’s noise diodes are the fundamental building blocks of
all noise systems. They are hand-picked for performance characteristics
that make them ideally suited to broadband noise
generation with flat response.
All NOISECOM noise diodes deliver symmetrical white Gaussian
noise and flat output power versus frequency. The diodes are
hermetically sealed and available in a wide variety of package
styles. Special package configurations or screening processes
are available upon request.

The NC100 and NC200 NOISECOM Series diodes are designed for audio
and RF applications. The NOISECOM NC300 and NC400 Series diodes are
designed for microwave applications in which a 50-ohm impedance
is required.
Typical small signal impedance of the NOISECOM NC300 and NC400 Series
is 10-20 ohms after a diode is biased. The output level is higher
at low frequencies with low currents and driving the diodes with

higher current results in greater output at higher frequencies.

Noise Modules for bite, Réf.: série NC500


The NC500 (through hole) and NC500SM (surface mount) Series
noise modules are an economical solution for built-in test requirements.
They contain complete bias circuits and require no
external components.
The surface mount package is suitable for mounting on microstrip.
The modules produce extremely flat output power versus
frequency characteristic that is insensitive to temperature
and voltage variations.
The NC500 Series modules are housed in a TO-8 metal can,
and require 0.2 to 5 mA, while the 500SM Series modules
are housed in a surface mount plastic package. Both typically
require 5 mA and produce a minimum of 31 dB enr of white
Gaussian noise. The NC510 and 510SM Series typically require
15 mA and have higher output with a minimum of 51 dB ENR.

The NC4000 series modules are housed in a 40-pin module that cover similar noise bands to the NC2000, but have higher crest factor, and 60 dB of TTL controlled attenuation.
